ROAD ATLANTA 2010
Highcroft Racing sealed the team’s second American Le Mans Series championship with it’s first class victory at Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta in 2010. The team needed only to finish 70 per cent of the race to claim the title, but David Brabham, Simon Pagenaud and Marino Franchitti weren’t content to cruise around.
The team took the lead in the first hour and never looked back - winning the LMP2 class by 11 laps and finishing fourth overall to clinch the championship.
SALT LAKE CITY 2010
Highcroft Racing pulled off its most impressive victory of the year with a stunning come from behind win to complete an American Le Mans Series hat trick at Salt Lake City’s Miller Motorsports Park.
Despite suffering from a straight-line speed disadvantage, team used outstanding pit stops, great fuel economy and impressive durability from its Michelin tires to score David Brabham and Simon Pagenaud’s third series win in a row.

LAGUNA SECA 2010
Highcroft Racing took its second victory in a row in 2010 with a brilliant “last to first” win for David Brabham, Simon Pagenaud and Marino Franchitti at the six hour event at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
The team was put to the rear of the grid by race officials for a minimum driver time infringement in practice, but made up for it in the race - Simon Pagenaud initially moving from last to fourth within four laps.
LONG BEACH 2010
Simon Pagenaud pulled off an incredible final lap victory on the streets of Long Beach in 2010 - completing an amazing comeback victory.
Pagenaud was handed the race lead by David Brabham but the team’s straight line speed disadvantage pushed Pagenaud back to second behind the Aston Martin of Adrian Fernandez. The Frenchman didn’t give up - hounding Fernandez and forcing him into a mistake.
MOSPORT 2009
Highcroft Racing, David Brabham and Scott Sharp took its second consecutive American Le Mans Series victory and second successive Canadian triumph at Mosport International Raceway near Toronto in 2009.
After starting from pole, the team initially lost the lead but completed a faultless run through to the finish to take the win and set up the team’s run through to its first American Le Mans Series Championship success.
ROAD AMERICA 2009
After a run of second place finishes, Highcroft Racing bounced back into victory lane at Road America in 2009 with the team’s second victory of the season. The win repeated the team’s LMP2 class victory at the Elkhart Lake venue.
After running second early, Highcroft grabbed the lead early after de Ferran Motorsports pitted under an early yellow - once the team had the lead, there was no turning back for David Brabham and Scott Sharp.
ST PETERSBURG 2009
Highcroft Racing continued its run of achievements for Acura by clinching the first LMP1 victory for the manufacturer in the second round of the 2009 ALMS championship on the streets of St Petersburg with David Brabham and Scott Sharp.
Highcroft ran second early in the race but Sharp reeled in the leader in the second half of his opening stint to take the lead. Brabham was untroubled in his stint to claim another milestone for Acura and Honda Performance Development.
MOSPORT 2008
Highcroft Racing took its fourth LMP2 class victory the year at Toronto’s Mosport International Raceway - the team’s second second win in a row in 2008. The team used outstanding fuel economy to take the win to close within 10 points of the LMP2 championship lead.
After Scott Sharp drove the opening stint, Brabham battled back from sixth overall and fourth in LMP2 with 20-minutes remaining, overtaking Romain Dumas and Adrian Fernandez to run second in class with four minutes to go. LMP2 class leader Gil de Ferran ran out of fuel on the last lap, enabling Highcroft to take the win.
ROAD AMERICA 2008
At Road America in 2008, Highcroft Racing showed it is not always the fastest team, but the smartest team which can take victory. David Brabham and Scott Sharp scored the third LMP2 class victory of the year for the team, helped by inspired calls from the pits during the race.
In the end the team needed a touch of luck, as Brabham lost the lead when balked on a restart, but then watched as leader Franck Montagny took a chance that didn’t pay off in traffic - giving Highcroft back the race lead.
LIME ROCK 2008
Highcroft Racing pulled off an incredible home track victory when David Brabham established himself as a Lime Rock legend with a brilliant turn one pass around the outside of Penske Porsche of Timo Bernhard in the dying moments of the race in 2008.
The team not only clinched the LMP2 class win, but scored the first overall American Le Mans Series victories for Highcroft and Acura. Highcroft Racing is based only an hour from Lime Rock - the victory celebrated by the team, family and friends.
LONG BEACH 2008
The first class win for Highcroft Racing in American Le Mans Series competition came in spectacular style on the streets of Long Beach in 2008 with David Brabham slicing past the Penske Porsche of Romain Dumas in the dying minutes of the race to take the win.
The victory was the first ALMS win for Scott Sharp while Brabham became the first driver in series history to take pole position and victory in LMP1, LMP2, GT1 and GT2. Adding to the class win, Highcroft also finished third overall in the 100 minute Long Beach race.
